NexyLevel LLC is Daniel Mercer and Claire Whitfield. We coach adults across the United States, one to one, over video and a training app. No team of assistants, no templates, no upsells.
Why this exists
Both of us coached in person for years before we coached online. What we saw in gyms and running clubs was the same thing: the program was fine, the person was willing, and the plan still fell apart by week three because it was written for a life the client did not have.
Online coaching fixed part of that and broke something else. Plans got cheaper and more generic. Messaging got promised and not answered. Refund terms got vague. Clients could not tell who was actually reading their log, if anyone was.
NexyLevel is our answer to that. Two coaches, a fixed weekly structure, a written program in a real training app, and a set of promises small enough that we can keep every one of them. The price, the reply window and the refund windows are printed on every program page. The same text is in the contract.
We formed the company in 2026 to sell those programs properly: through a registered business, with payments handled by Stripe, receipts for everything, and a cancellation that takes one email.
