How you pay

Click Enroll on a program and Stripe's checkout page opens. Cards are accepted there; card details never touch nexylevel.com. A receipt is emailed for every payment and your statement shows NEXYLEVEL.

Foundations can be split into two payments of $340: the first at checkout, the second charged automatically to the same card at the start of week three.

How you cancel

Ongoing coaching: email hello@nexylevel.com or use the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation applies from the next billing date; you keep coaching until then and nothing is charged after it. Confirmation email the same day.

How you get money back

• Consultation: full refund until the intake form is reviewed.
• Foundations: full refund within 14 days if fewer than two calls have taken place.
• Ongoing: the month is refunded if no call or review has been delivered yet.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 business days. Full windows: refund policy · billing policy · terms of service.
