Consultations
You may reschedule or cancel a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours before the start time at no charge. Where a consultation fee applies and you cancel within 24 hours or do not attend, that fee may be non-refundable.
Coaching programs
For coaching programs, the following applies unless your specific agreement states otherwise:
- You may cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase for a refund of unused services, provided a program has not yet been substantially delivered.
- Once a personalized program has been built and delivered, that portion of the fee reflects work completed and is non-refundable.
- For ongoing monthly coaching, you may cancel future billing at any time with reasonable notice; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period already in progress.
How to request a cancellation or refund
To cancel or request a refund, email us at hello@nexylevel.com with your name and order details. We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day and to process approved refunds promptly to your original payment method.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we will always try to resolve it fairly and quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us can delay resolution.
