NexyLevel provides online coaching and consultation services across fitness, performance, and lifestyle, together with related educational guidance. Details of each service are described on our website. We may update or discontinue services from time to time.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use our services. By engaging us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are physically able to participate in a coaching program, or have obtained medical clearance to do so.
Bookings and payments
Consultations and coaching programs are booked as described on our website. Fees, billing frequency, and what is included are confirmed before you commit. Payment is due as agreed at sign-up. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Your responsibilities
Coaching is a collaboration. To get the most from it, you agree to:

- Communicate openly with your coach, including about any pain, injury, or concern.
Intellectual property
All content we provide — including programs, materials, and website content — is owned by NexyLevel or its licensors and is provided for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce it without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Termination
Either party may end a coaching engagement in line with the agreed terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless local mandatory law provides otherwise.
